For the last few years, we have been eagerly awaiting an online enrolment solution to replace our paper-based enrolment application forms and processes.

We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a partnership with Digistorm, a market-leading developer of school software, and will soon be adopting the Funnel platform across our 38 primary, secondary and K-12 schools. Funnel is already used by over 750 schools, including many Catholic schools and several Catholic diocesan systems.

Development is well underway and we expect to be up and running by the end of 2023, so that families can apply online from the start of Term 1, 2024.

We’re looking forward to offering a much smoother and more personalised experience for prospective parents, carers and students, as well as significantly improving workflows (and reducing administrative burdens) for our school-based staff.

This initiative contributes to several strategic focus areas, including Belonging in a connected community and System support for the core work of teaching.
